Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and may take up to 72 hours to process in house. Web orders are shipped with Canada Post and you will receive your tracking number as soon as they take charge of your parcel. You can follow the status of the delivery using the tracking number provided. A valid delivery address must be provided at the time of purchase. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are absent on the attempted delivery date, your order will be left at the closest postal counter for pick-up. All orders are shipped from our Montreal, CA atelier.
