  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and may take up to 72 hours to process before it ships from our Montreal Atelier. PLEASE CONSIDER LONGER PROCESSING DELAY IN PEAK SALE PERIODS. 
  • Web orders are shipped with Intelcom, or FedEx in remote location or outside Canada. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel ships. Shipping delays depends on your location. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more shipped in North America. When buying multiple items, your order may be split into 2 shipments, depending on stock availability. 
  • Returns accepted on regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the order date. For Canada, contact Customer Care to obtain a return label. Note $15 will be deducted from the refund as return shipping fees are not covered by m0851.
