About Montana Leather
Montana leather is produced by an award-winningEuropean tannery based in Netherland and established in 1985. Their passion for raw material and design is reflected in the artistry of their leather creation based on rich tradition of the tannery operations. Montana leather is semi-aniline dyed. The natural oils on the surface of this leather will enhance its natural sheen and beautify with time. With wear, the leather softens and acquires a beautiful patina. The lustrous finish is achieved by polishing the surface with wax. With time and wear, the surface attains a fine luster.
Care and maintenance
Our Montana leather requires special care and maintenance. This leather is not water-resistant. m0851’s TANA leather protector spray should be generously applied to any Montana leather product before it comes into contact with rain or liquids, particularly in rainy climates. This directive applies at time of purchase, followed by occasional treatments. Prolonged exposure to water may cause surface to blister. It is strongly recommended that any surface exposure to liquids or moisture be wiped off promptly.
