1.  SUMMARY

You are ordering from Canada. Purchases from European countries are subject to taxes and duties that are not included in the price.

All on sale and discounted items are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be allowed.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.  It can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the purchase date. Please write an email to Customer Service (info@m0851.com) including your order number and reason for exchange or return to get a return authorization number.

Please allow 72 hours for the preparation of orders placed online in order to calculate the delivery.

For in-store purchase, we recommend you return your items in the same store.

 

2.  ONLINE ORDERS

An email confirmation from m0851 will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 24 hours after an order is placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your purchase, please contact m0851 at info@m0851.com. Items are subject to availability and are not guaranteed in stock at the time of purchase. Orders placed during the holidays may accuse a slight delay.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SALE MERCHANDISE.

 

2.1 ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS

Please note that gift cards are not valid for online orders. The following payment methods are accepted when ordering online:

  • Major Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER).

  • PayPal

 

2.2 SHIPPING OF ONLINE ORDERS

Please take note of these shipping fees:

  • Canada: $20 CAD for Expedited Parcel with signature or free for every order over $450 CAD

  • United States: $25 USD and free over $450 USD

  • Europe: 30€ flat rate - international duties and taxes might apply at the time of the delivery. Please note that these fees are not refundable by m0851.

Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package on the scheduled arrival date. Once the package has been signed for, responsibility for the merchandise is transferred to the recipient.

Delivery times depend on the type of postal service selected.

 

2.3 RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS ON ONLINE ORDERS

Important: Return Policy below applies only to purchases made online and does not apply to purchases made in stores. 

An exchange or a refund can be made within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase m0851 online, please contact customer service at info@m0851.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization number. m0851 reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are used or damaged, or if you do not have a return authorization number.

All on sale and discounted items are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be allowed.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE

Transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses.

Any returns must include the original invoice. Returned merchandise without online purchase invoice will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.

m0851 will proceed to a refund of the goods on the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase, and upon receipt of the goods.

Please note that the initial shipping fees are not refundable. You will receive an email when the refund will be completed.

Online purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded within m0851 stores. Purchases made in m0851 stores cannot be exchanged online.

 

3.  IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICIES

3.1 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for cash refunds within seven (7) days following date of purchase, with original sales receipt only. Exchanges or gift card within fourteen (14) days of purchase, with original sales receipt, on regular priced merchandise only.

m0851 reserves the right to refuse to take back any item not brought back in pristine condition with original tags.

m0851 products are guaranteed against any manufacturers’ defects for one (1) year following date of purchase upon presentation of original receipt. There are no exchanges or refund on sale merchandise.

The customer’s complete information is required for an exchange or a refund. There are no exchanges or refunds without original receipt; we therefore recommend that customers register their information at the time of purchase.

3.2.1 GIFT CARD

The m0851 Gift card is available and redeemable in selected stores only. It can be loaded with the desired amount and use as often as the holder would like, until the outstanding balance on the card reaches zero. They are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.

 

The card can be presented as full or partial payment for any goods in participating m0851 stores. The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt. No change or refund will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases. It is not redeemable for cash. The card as no expiration date. m0851 is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card.

 

Items purchased with the card shall be subject to the same exchange and return policy as is applicable to items purchased at such stores using other methods of payment.

  

3.2.2 E-GIFT CARD

  • Redeemable online only on www.m0851.com
  • Can be loaded with predetermined amount of $50, $100, $200, $300, $500, $750 and $1000
  • Sent by email only, to the provided email address
  • Is not redeemable for cash or refundable
  • The no expiration date

 

This e-Gift Card can be redeemed for merchandise online on www.m0851.com only, until value of e-Gift Card has been reached. The e-Gift Card number must be entered while checking out to be applied to your order.  It cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund of unused balance. The e-Gift Card may be used multiple times until outstanding balance reaches $0 The value of this e-Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission. The e-Gift Card is redeemable for purchase in the same currency that the card was purchased in. Items purchased with the e-card shall be subject to the same exchange and return policy as is applicable to items purchased online using other methods of payment.

 

3.3 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IN STORE

Price adjustments are possible on regular priced merchandise, within seven (7) days of purchase, and only with original receipt. Price adjustments are offered in the form of a gift certificate only.

 

4.  WARRANTY

At m0851, we take great pride in making high value products, manufactured locally, in limited quantities by skilled craftsmen. Because our products are handcrafted to a great extent and the raw materials used of the highest caliber available at the time they are designed, we stand by our collections and embrace any imperfections that might reveal themselves down the line. Our products are destined to be timeless and durable, but can still present limitations.

m0851’s warranty does not apply to any goods deemed by m0851’s experts, to have been subject to abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or an accident.

 

4.1 ONLINE PURCHASES

m0851 products are guaranteed against any manufacturers’ defects for one (1) year following date of purchase, upon presentation of original receipt.

In the law of products liability, a manufacturing defect is a defect in a product that was not intended. This kind of defect occurs when a product departs from its intended design during the manufacturing process.

Should the item you have purchased online at m0851.com present an apparent defect within this one (1) year period, you may contact our Customer Service Department via email at info@m0851.com. We recommend you include a detailed description of the apparent defect along with a couple of photographs to make the process as quick and efficient as possible. In order to complete the process, you will need your original receipt. Once we have all of these elements in hand, one of our Customer Care Representatives will contact you to discuss available options, and issue a return authorization number along with precise instructions on how to proceed in the case of a confirmed defect.  

For European citizens, please note that customs will ask the proof of payment of taxes and customs on your original purchase. If you do not have this proof of payment, customs may require you to pay the duties again. These fees are not refundable by m0851.

 

4.2 IN-STORE PURCHASES

m0851 products are guaranteed against any manufacturers’ defects for one (1) year following date of purchase, upon presentation of original receipt.

In the law of products liability, a manufacturing defect is a defect in a product that was not intended. This kind of defect occurs when a product departs from its intended design during the manufacturing process.

Should the item have been purchased in an m0851 store, the warranty as cited above applies. Should the product present an apparent defect within the one (1) year period, you may return to the point of purchase with the item in question and your original receipt. One of our Brand Ambassadors will then examine the product. In the case of a self-evident defect in the product’s make, the product will be exchanged immediately, or sent for repair free of charge. Should the product require a more in-depth look, it will be sent back to our Head Office for further examination by our team of experts. The store will follow up with you to available options.

If the item is deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect during this one (1) year warranty period, it will either be sent to the m0851 repair service, and the repair will be free of charge, or the item exchanged subject to inventory availability. In the case of a confirmed defect, the Customer is not responsible for shipping costs.

5.  REPAIRS

In the event of a mishap outside the warranty period, as an added value to its customers, m0851 offers a Repair Service. This service is offered by m0851 upon request and is not free of charge. Repair charges are based on the extent of the damage and are determined individually. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

For European citizens, please note that customs will ask the proof of payment of taxes and customs on your original purchase. If you do not have this proof of payment, customs may require you to pay the duties again. These fees are not refundable by m0851.

Please note that m0851 grants repair services only if repair is feasible according to the following guidelines. m0851 has to:

  • Be able to bring the product back to being functional while respecting brand aesthetics;

  • Make sure the necessary spare parts for the repair are available;

  • Make sure that the damaged article has not been subject to misuse or attempted repair.

To request our repair service, please bring the damaged article to an m0851 boutique. One of our Brand Ambassadors will check repair feasibility. Upon agreement, the damaged article will be sent to the m0851 Head Office for repair.

If you cannot, for any reason, bring the article into an m0851 boutique; please get in touch with our Customer Service department at info@m0851.com. Our representatives will assist you in finding a solution to the issue at hand.

 

STEPS YOUR PRODUCT GOES THROUGH AT OUR REPAIR CENTER

We ask that customers who wish to take advantage of our Repair Service understand that just like there is a process by which we manufacture our products, there is also a process by which we repair damaged products. Both processes are driven by the care and effort we put into every single one of our products - hence the delays that may vary from 2-6 weeks according to your specific case.

 

Whether the prescribed period to complete the work is 2, 4 or 6 weeks, each damaged item goes through the same steps:

  1. The damaged item is transferred from the Point of sale to our Repair Center in Montreal.

  2. Upon arrival at the Repair Center, The damaged item then goes through our Quality Control to assess the extent of the damage and the feasibility of the repair. This includes ascertaining whether or not we have the hardware appropriate for this particular product.

  3. A Customer Care representative will contact you with the cost and delays associated with your particular repair. At this stage, if the repair is not feasible, the damaged item will be returned to our Customer Care representative who will contact you and send the item back.

  4. If we have the appropriate hardware in stock, it is requisitioned and dispatched, along with the damaged product, to the trained artisan specialized in the type of work required to complete the repair on your item.

  5. If we do not have the appropriate hardware in stock because the product is several years old, our Quality Control team will ascertain whether it is still possible to order the spare parts from the supplier. Such orders may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the item, and will cause additional delays in the process. It may also happen that the original hardware is no longer available, in which case we attempt to suggest an alternative whenever possible. However, please note that hardware availability may cause us to refuse a repair on the grounds that we cannot do the work and remain true to the product’s original design.

  6. Once the repair work has been completed, the item goes back to Quality Control, where the quality of the work is judged.

  7. If your request came from one of our boutiques, the repaired item is transferred back there, upon which time one of our Brand Ambassadors will contact you for a pick up.

  8. If the repair request was made directly through our Customer Service Department, one of our Customer Care representatives will contact you to process payment and the repaired item will be shipped back to you. Note that payment is processed by Credit Card only.
