Manager

Responsibilities

- Operational Duties (ensure all opening and closing store procedures occur in a timely and efficient manner, execute daily payroll goals, organize schedule for the team)

- Financial (meet and exceed goals, utilize all tools / support available to develop creative approaches to driving the business results, ensures the store actions optimize sales, merchandise investment, wage investment and minimize stock shortage)

- Customer Service (ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded beyond expectations at every opportunity, understand and enhance the customer’s experience through effective communication, service, and selling culture)

- Partner with District Manager/Retail Director to learn more about the company and personal development opportunities

- Human Resources (Maintain, train, and develop a store team; recruit quality high level candidates, contribute to long term growth through minimum turnover

- Inventory Management and Marketing - Visual Presentation/Store Maintenance (ensure store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards )

Skills and Requirements

- Requires 5 + years store management experience - Computer proficiency with MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word

- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment

- Excellent English communication - verbal and written

- Excellent time management / leadership

- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail

- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands

- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner

Assistant Manager

Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

- Maximize personal sales at all opportunities

- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment

- Demonstrate how new product can mix with existing stock and previous purchases

- Communicate product and customer feedback to managers

- Learn Product Knowledge

- Follow through with customer experience by utilizing thank you cards, business cards, and maintaining client book

- Clean, vacuum, fold, size, steam, replenish as assigned

- Actively participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance and order, stock receiving and processing, product transfers, folding and floor changes

- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines
