Sales associates, Royalmount

Position: Full-time and Part-time

We are seeking retail professionals with the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Provide exceptional service to ensure every client's expectations are met
• Drive revenue through excellent product knowledge and relation building
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Maintain a customer database and build a client portfolio
• Assist store manager with merchandising and displays
• Recover and replenish store inventory, maintain clean store environment
• Compliance with company policies and dress code

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
• Excellent french and english communication- verbal and written
• Excellent time management/project skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
